| Did you know that according to the latest research, not all leaders listen? This may sound contradictory to what you may have thought about leadership. However, it’s the leader who thinks “above the line” and is open, self-aware and curious that has the ability to listen without judgement, bias or proving their point (vs below the line.) They are able to tune into their Whole YES which includes: IQ (Intelligence Quotient) EQ (Emotional Intelligence) BQ (Whole Body Intelligence) This is what goes into defining a Conscious Leader.
