I’ll never forget the times in my life I was made to feel that women don’t belong here. 

Whether it was when I was part of an executive team that was proudly a “Boys Club”, at important client presentations or meetings.

And being a woman of color, it hit me twice as hard.

It not only blew my mind, I blew my lid.

And it continues even today. You know it. And I know it.  And the worst part?

We feel it. Often. In so many situations, interactions, and engagements.

I mean, seriously? When is this divide going to stop? When are we going to be treated equally? 

Well, I know the answer to this.

It’s when WE as women do something about it. One woman at a time.

You see, I made a decision long back that I’m going to use my voice and life experience to lift other women, guide and collaborate with them. 

The entire world misses out when women don’t show up for themselves or each other. When we dim our light and don’t play as big as we can. 

I take this very seriously. I also take it as my personal responsibility.  

That’s why I made a commitment in 2021 to helping 1M women claim their FULL power, be the leaders they deserve to be, find love within them and create a life where they GET to live abundantly and serve as role models.

We become unstoppable when we come together. I’m creating a movement called the ‘Circle of Rise’ and I’d love to share the details of this with you.
