Are You Sleeping Less?

Hello there,

Today I want to talk to you about something that may sound basic, however, most of the world is deprived of it.  And that is sleep.  A lack of sleep attributes to some of the most common mental health issues we’re faced with today, especially for business leaders.  It creates anxiousness, stress, agitation and lack of concentration to name a few.

Getting proper sleep is a fundamental need not only for our bodies, but also our minds.  It allows us to wake up with clarity, focus and go about our day in a steady way.  When you have a good sleep routine, you become a peak performer, are able to think with a level head, create firm decisions and make enabling choices as well as regulate your blood pressure.  It helps in so many ways, on so many levels!

 Most of you are probably losing sleep these days and there may be many subconscious factors that you are carrying with you.   And this has devastating effects. When you get poor sleep night after night, you can slip into acute or chronic insomnia, leading to deeper issues for you such as mood swings, headaches, anger and depression as well as heightened anxiety.
