I’m Done

I’ve been working day and night – without taking a single break.

To provide for my family.

To create a different reality.

And despite working 10-hour days, I have a list of endless chores.  It never seems to end.

  • When will I focus on my health?
  • When will I eat mindfully?
  • When will I get to chill?
  • And when will I finally sleep?

Does this type of inner dialogue race through your head about a hundred times a day as you rush through dinner before jumping back on your laptop and continue working?

Because all those deadlines won’t take care of themself, right?

Is this what being a business owner was supposed to feel like?

Because right now, it just feels like a glorified title for being an employee in your own company.

Instead of running the show, delegating to a powerful team, and having time freedom, you clock in but not out.

You’re out of steam constantly, sometimes by mid-morning, and have no energy to make personal time count. “Where did I go wrong?” You think.

What if I told you, you didn’t go wrong.

It’s happening because you care too much. And by caring too much, you started neglecting yourself. Everything else became a priority (except YOU), and you suddenly faded into the background.

You’re doing a zillion things a day rather than creating 10 focused, action moves that will move the revenue needle.

If you’re seriously ready to stop grinding and chipping away at your daily sanity and are ready to claim your energy, passion and time back – it’s time to pause.  Because last I checked, being a caring provider shouldn’t feel bad.

It’s a virtue.  And that virtue starts with YOU.

So out with the Guilt. And in with making YOU Priority #1.

How do you do that? I’ll be sharing exactly this inside my private FB community.
