Loving Yourself Into 2021

It has been quite a year. Though it may have created undue stress and worry, it has also created a treasure chest of opportunity. Hear me out…2020 has laid down a beautiful foundation for us to stand upon so that 2021 can be one of our strongest years yet! 

This year has allowed us to discover so much about who we are and what we wish to become. It has also shown us the importance of self-care as well as slowing-down to gain more momentum. 

Self-care and self-nurturance not only create a powerful mindset, resilient energy, and deeper focus.  They teach us when to turn off the noise, find time that is just for us and why it’s so important, especially now. 

We must put ourselves at the top of our “Priority List” every single day because we are all we’ve got.  Please read that again… 

And ask yourself, what does self-care mean to me? What can I do to create a personal self-care routine that fits with my specific needs and life? And why do I get stuck in the knowing and not the practicing cycle? 

It’s because it takes more than reading a book or watching a video to inculcate daily wellness practices that work in tandem with you, specifically.  It happens when you allow an expert to guide you. 

Brené Brown once said, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” 

It is time to own our Wellness Story. It’s time to be Brave!
