Slow Down to Gain Momentum

How many of you have been stuck on the busy wheel of life? Perhaps for decades or even most of your life now.  Even though you know you need to do things differently, you aren’t able to stop yourself from the constant hectic pace.

If there’s anything this pandemic has taught us, it is to slow down.  To pause. To breathe. To get back to unlearning in order to learn differently. Because life as we know it has changed forever.

Why is this so critical? Because it’s going to be the only time in your life that you’re getting a forced break.  You have no choice right now but to change your current way of operating, running life and your business.  Everything has flipped to the other side with little control of your own.  So would you rather spin out of control or take this time to focus on what really matters which is how to recreate your thoughts, manage your emotions and nurture your well-being.

And all this, from the comfort of your home.

What if you are someone who isn’t comfortable working from home? Then it’s time to add new silent muscles on how to create joy, ease and comfort.  No more anxiety, overwhelm or fluster, it’s not going to help you, especially in this distressful time we’re facing.

To help you digest and create intention around this, I’m sending you an article I wrote last year.  It talks about the exact thing we are going through right now with the crisis. How to slow down to gain momentum! This will help you be more mindful about how you adjust to working remotely, setting up your business online and creating your new reality.  It’s priceless for business leaders.
