Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like giving up on your dreams, quitting your hustle or default back to defeating thoughts?

Oh Yeah, I’ve had those days too.

I don’t hide the fact that things can get TOUGH.  

In fact, I welcome it.  

You maybe thinking, WHAAAAAT???

Yes! Because I use those moments to naturally push into higher frequency by practicing acceptance, reminding myself that I have a choice to feel differently.

Here’s what I do (right away) when it ALL gets to be too much:

1. Reset my energy by cooking a comforting meal and getting a good night’s sleep.  

2. Tune in to inspiring stories about people who have beat all odds to get to where they desire.

3. Connect to my WHY by putting pen to paper, diving into planning or working on my vision board.

These work like magic for me and create resilience in real time.

What I’ve learned is everyone has off days, it’s only natural.

Especially with the insatiable amount of stress we are dealing with today.

But I get to decide how I want to live. 

What I want to feel. 

And how I choose to create it.

These thoughts liberate me, allowing me to bond with this recognition and fight for myself so I can create a different tomorrow!
